At Hands of Hope, we are dedicated to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through safe, stable, and person-centered residential services. Our goal is to help each individual live with dignity, independence, and a true sense of belonging.

We proudly operate a network of over 30 fully trained Host Homes across Denver, Aurora, and surrounding areas—each one carefully matched to meet the unique needs of the individual we serve.

 At Hands of Hope, we offer dependable and compassionate non-medical transportation to help your loved one get to essential appointments, run errands, or access community resources. Our goal is to ensure that they travel safely, comfortably, and with the support they need—giving you peace of mind while maintaining their independence. 

Our Adventurous Day Program offers clients the opportunity to actively engage with their community while enjoying a variety of fun and enriching activities. Clients are encouraged to help plan and schedule their own activities, giving them a sense of ownership and excitement about their day.

This program not only provides clients with fulfilling social and recreational experiences but also allows providers to focus on work or other personal responsibilities, knowing their loved one is in a supportive, engaging environment.

 The Children’s Extensive Support (CES) Waiver provides essential services for children with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) who have significant medical, behavioral, or functional needs. These services are designed to help children live safely and successfully in their homes and communities, while offering vital support to families and caregivers. 

Our team works closely with families, case managers, and medical providers to develop individualized service plans tailored to your child’s unique strengths and needs. 

 At Hands of Hope, we understand that caregiving is a full-time job—and everyone needs a break sometimes. Our respite care services provide a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, while giving caregivers the time they need to rest, recharge, or attend to other responsibilities. 

We also have respite for individuals during their transition into a new waiver or home. We provide the same support and services to help the transition run smooth!
